Machayla Culver, RN
Machayla was born and raised right here in the beautiful Black Hills. She spent the past 6 years as a nurse building experience in oncology, functional medicine, and aesthetics.
Her passion for aesthetics began 3 years ago, when she had the privilege of training under one of Hawaii's top physicians - an experience that refined her skills, deepened her artistry, and ignited her love for helping others look and feel their best.
After having her sweet baby and moving back home, she knew her heart was here - serving the community that raised her.

Jen Steiner, CNP, Medical Director
Jen Steiner, CNP, brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to our team. A full-time emergency department nurse practitioner, Jen has dedicated her career to caring for patients in critical moments while also pursuing her passion for aesthetics. She founded her own aesthetics business in 2019 with the mission of helping individuals feel good—inside and out—by making high-quality aesthetic and wellness services more accessible across northeast South Dakota.
Jen earned her nursing degree from Presentation College in Aberdeen before completing her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Cincinnati. With years of experience as both a registered nurse and nurse practitioner, she blends clinical expertise with a warm, approachable touch.
Her dual commitment to emergency medicine and aesthetics reflects her heart for helping people feel their very best—both in health and in confidence.
